Who is Ally Clarke Consulting?

Ally Clarke Consulting is a network of individuals who specialise in the areas of people management & development and business development.  We operate independently, coming together to provide clients with integrated and high quality solutions based on an in-depth analysis of their needs.  This approach means you get the right person for what you need, hand-picked from our team.

What do we do?

We deliver four services which support organisations to manage and develop their people in order to achieve their business goals. These are:

  • Consultancy: To develop people management and business development strategies and processes
  • Facilitation: To enhance the effectiveness of senior management teams, project teams and work groups
  • Training: To develop core skills
  • Coaching: To support individual development

Who do we work with?

Our clients are varied.  We work with companies large and small, global and local.  We’re motivated by the nature of the work and the kind of people we work with.  So, we pursue interesting work across a range of sectors.

What is our approach?

Our philosophy is to maximise internal resources. This ensures that we:

  • Generate sustainable solutions with our clients
  • Develop groups’ abilities to manage their own processes
  • Deliver training which respects and builds on the skills and experiences of the individual learner
